Our story

Rooted in North Indian flavours.

Founder Gurjeet Singh Sidhu has more than 15 years of professional culinary experience across Punjab, Vietnam and Singapore. The menu takes inspiration from North Indian cooking, Rajasthan’s royal kitchens and Punjab’s street-food culture.
